To ensure we offer the most diverse and high-quality collections, we work with global fulfillment partners. Most of our boutique jewelry and clothing are dispatched from our specialized international warehouses in Europe and Asia to ensure they reach you in the most efficient timeframe.

Shipping & Delivery (Europe Focus)

Yes. We currently offer dedicated shipping to the European Union and surrounding regions. Whether you are in Paris, Berlin, or Madrid, Luméri delivers directly to your door.
Quality takes time, but we move quickly.

Processing: 1–3 business days.
Shipping: Most European orders arrive within 7–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number the moment your order departs our warehouse.
For most orders within the EU, duties are included or minimal. However, as customs policies vary by country, any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Jewelry & Clothing Quality

We prioritize longevity and skin-safety. Our collections primarily feature 18k Gold Plating, 925 Sterling Silver, and high-grade Cubic Zirconia. Each product page contains a detailed "Materials & Care" section for your specific piece.
Every Luméri garment includes a specific size guide in the product description. As our silhouettes range from structured to fluid, we recommend measuring a similar item you own to ensure a perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the best drape.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be captivated by your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all original Luméri tags and packaging intact. Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
We maintain strict quality control, but if an item reaches you in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us at support@lumery-luxury.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a priority replacement for you.

Payment & Security
