Refund & Return Policy

14-Day Return Guarantee

At Luméri, we strive for your complete satisfaction. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original Luméri packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at support@lumeriluxury.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, as prior authorisation is required. Once your return is approved, items should be sent to:

Please do not send items back without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Jewelry & Clothing Care (Damages and Issues)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Because jewelry and fine fabrics are delicate, contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong piece. We will evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain high hygiene standards for all our customers, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings once the packaging has been opened or the seal broken.
  • Custom Pieces: Personalized jewelry or special-order clothing cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure a different size or style is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred piece once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must remain in its original condition (unworn, with tags and original packaging).

United States Customers

As a gesture of goodwill, Luméri extends the same 14-day return window to all US customers. Please contact support@lumeriluxury.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. The same eligibility conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@lumeriluxury.com.
