SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Luméri. We are dedicated to getting your jewelry and clothing collections to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
"Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number."
Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–3 days) + Shipping Transit Time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: The transit times above begin after the 1–3 day processing period. While we aim for these windows, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs.

3. Shipping Destinations & Customs & Duties
We currently ship to the European Union and the United States.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
US customers: Luméri does not charge additional duties at checkout — however, US customs may apply import fees depending on the order value. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Luméri is not responsible for these charges.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships, we will send an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive this email.
5. Secure Delivery
Due to the value of our jewelry collections, we highly recommend shipping to a secure residential or business address. Luméri is not liable for products lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the provided address.
6. Damages
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@lumeriluxury.com with photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue for you.
